The Healthy Lunch Box two types of payment plans

Invoiced to Facility Administrator - Weekly/Invoices. Menu is printed for school and also posted on the Healthy Lunch Box website (you can link to your schools monthly menu from your school's website).

Parent Pay/ On-Line Meal Ordering - payment due in advance of meal service. This is a good option for parents ordering meals for their child.
Regardless of how payment is made, new menus are created each month and posted by the 15th of the preceding month. A paper copy and an electronic copy is sent to the school for distribution to families. In schools with parent-pay programs, parents can order lunches in advance by returning a manual order form w/check OR parents can order lunches on-line in advance and pay by check or credit/debit card.
Why Pre-Order Meals?
Because you have pre-ordered your meals, this eliminates the need for our kitchen staff to produce more food than we can use on a daily basis. This enables Healthy Lunch Box to begin each and every day with the freshest ingredients available including fresh meats and poultry, fresh bread, and our own freshly baked cookies, cakes, and brownies.
